RSG LDN LTD provides private security, site protection and security support services for businesses and organisations requiring services at UK premises, events and commercial projects.
2. Service Enquiries and Quotations
Customers may submit an enquiry through the website with details of their premises, event, required duties, location and proposed service arrangements.
An enquiry does not create a contract. Services are provided only after the scope of work, applicable charges and relevant terms have been agreed in writing.
Any quotation is based on the information supplied by the customer and the requirements agreed for the particular assignment. Changes to the scope, location, working hours, staffing requirements or other material arrangements may result in revised charges.
3. Deposits and Payments
Prices displayed on the website represent deposits towards agreed services, unless expressly stated otherwise. A website price should not be interpreted as the total price of a customised security assignment.
The deposit is applied towards the service arrangements confirmed in the relevant quotation or service agreement. Where a remaining balance applies, it must be paid in accordance with the agreed quotation or service agreement.
RSG LDN LTD may decline or suspend an assignment where the required payment has not been received in accordance with the agreed terms.
4. Service Scope
The exact services provided will depend on the written agreement between RSG LDN LTD and the customer.
Services may include site guarding, event security, keyholding and contracted security support where applicable. Any particular service will only be provided where it falls within the company’s lawful scope of operation and the relevant personnel hold any licence or qualification required by applicable UK law.
Where an assignment requires SIA licensing, the relevant duties will be carried out in accordance with applicable SIA requirements.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the assignment, including information concerning the premises, access arrangements, operating hours and agreed service requirements.
Customers must ensure that RSG LDN LTD is provided with the access and information reasonably required to perform the agreed services.
Additional work arising from inaccurate, incomplete or materially changed information may require a revised quotation or written agreement.
6. Keyholding Services
Where keyholding services are agreed, the customer must provide accurate access information and any required keys, access devices or related instructions.
The agreed keyholding arrangements, response procedures and responsibilities will be set out in the applicable service agreement.
7. Events and Commercial Assignments
For event or commercial assignments, the customer must provide the relevant event details, location, operating schedule and other information required to determine the agreed scope of services.
Any significant change to the agreed arrangements should be notified promptly and may be subject to additional charges.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation or material changes to an agreed assignment are subject to the applicable quotation, service agreement and applicable law.
Where work has already been arranged, resources committed or services commenced, charges may apply in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Liability
RSG LDN LTD will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to applicable law, RSG LDN LTD shall not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from information, instructions, access arrangements or other matters outside its reasonable control.
10. Compliance with UK Law
All services are subject to applicable UK legislation and regulatory requirements. RSG LDN LTD will not agree to provide services that would require unlawful conduct or duties outside the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
Customers must not request any service for an unlawful purpose or require personnel to act contrary to applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any agreement for services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction applicable under UK law.
